Client Needs

Amenity Services engaged 3R Sustainability to help navigate the complexities of EcoVadis reporting, initially in response to a customer request and later expanded to support ongoing differentiation as a sustainability leader. As EcoVadis expectations increased, the client needed a structured approach to data collection, greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, and annual target setting.

Approach and Solution

3R Sustainability partnered closely with Amenity Services to deliver a structured, repeatable approach to EcoVadis submissions:

• EcoVadis Questionnaire Support: Collaborated directly with the client to complete and submit the EcoVadis questionnaire, supporting accurate, best-practice-aligned responses that reflected the strength of their sustainability program.
• GHG Inventory Development: Calculated emissions across all three operational locations using current emissions factors and GHG Protocol methodologies, providing a reliable foundation for reporting and goal setting.
• Management Review and Target Setting: Developed an annual internal management review deck consolidating key sustainability metrics, alongside refreshed targets to drive continuous improvement and align with EcoVadis expectations.
