Silver Medal, Policy Creation

The client earned a Silver Medal and a score of 68 on their first EcoVadis submission, landing them in the 85th percentile of all rated companies. The score not only secured their standing with the customer who requested the assessment but also provides them with a strategic competitive advantage in the greater market. 

Internally, the new policies and greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) snapshot helped the team get a clearer picture of where they stand and where they’re headed. Their customer also benefits, gaining confidence that a key supplier is aligned with their sustainability expectations.

The client needed guidance navigating the EcoVadis platform to meet customer expectations while avoiding overly complex policies that would hinder their team’s ability to perform day-to-day responsibilities. They were looking for support that was both strategic and practical.
