3R is excited to publicly announce our company’s Sustainability Plan, detailing a four-phase timeline for continual improvement of our ESG activities and performance. 3R’s Sustainability Plan focuses on three core pillars: Environment, Social, and Governance. Within each pillar, we define incremental steps to help us meet the following goals:
Environment:
- Contribute to a low-carbon economy by reducing our GHG emissions and working with others to do the same through holistic solutions.
Social:
- Promote transparency, development, diversity, and well-being for our employees and the employees of our clients
Governance:
- Ensure integrity in all business practices
In line with our company’s values, our Sustainability Plan is organized into internal and external action items to account for both the ESG impact from our internal operations, as well as the ESG impact via our work with our clients.
